Refund Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with SchwitzKMâ„¢ product in the form of devices and/or firmware (“Product”), the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Product purchased in the original transaction, in its original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days of the date of sale by the original retail purchaser to receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note this policy applies only to Products purchased directly from SchwitzKMâ„¢ and Products purchased on SchwitzKMâ„¢’ Amazon merchant, Flipkart merchant account. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the SchwitzKMâ„¢ One-Year Warranty.

If Product was purchased through Amazon, requesting a refund must occur through the Amazon platform. Amazon return guidelines will apply.
If Product was purchased through Flipkart, requesting a refund must occur through the Flipkart platform. Flipkart return guidelines will apply.
If Product was purchased directly from SchwitzKMâ„¢, requesting a refund may occur if less than thirty (30) days has elapsed from original date of purchase, and the order is returned in good condition with the original packaging. If returning the Product directly to SchwitzKMâ„¢:

If support is required, contact SchwitzKMâ„¢ Customer Support prior to returning any Product to SchwitzKMâ„¢. If Technical Support determines that the Product needs to be assessed by SchwitzKMâ„¢, you will be supplied instructions.

Note: SchwitzKM™ can only accept returns for orders placed directly with SchwitzKM™ or its Amazon, Flipkart merchant account.  If the Product is purchased through another party (such as a third-party Amazon, third party Flipkart merchant or other retailer), please contact that seller directly for refund instructions.

One-Month Limited Warranty

SchwitzKMâ„¢ products in the form of gadget or firmware (“Products”) carry a One-Month Limited manufacturer’s warranty .
​Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) MONTH, thirty (30) days from the date of original retail purchase, as noted on the purchase receipt ("Warranty Period") when used in accordance with the applicable User Manual.  If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, SchwitzKM, at its option, will either exchange the Product with another Product of equivalent functionality either from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or refund the original purchase price.  This warranty excludes batteries. Damage resulting from modifications, unauthorized repairs, abuse, physical damage, water insertion or other causes is also excluded from this warranty.
​Products are not designed to be submerged or exposed to water for extended periods.  Any damage to the Products due to water is not covered under warranty.
​In no event shall SchwitzKM be liable for any damages (loss of profits or personal and/or business assets) resulting from any loss of a stolen Product or phone.  Products are strictly reminder gadget and not intended to be anti-theft gadget.  SchwitzKM is in no way responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged items.
​​This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimer for Warranty for Services

​Access to and use of the Product and services ("Services") such as the SchwitzKM website and social media sites are at your own risk. The Products and Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis with no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the Product or Services will be provided defect-free, error-free, virus-free, or that any defect will be corrected. SchwitzKM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICES ARE DESIGNED SOLELY TO HELP PREVENT YOU FROM LEAVING YOUR PHONE OR DEVICE BEHIND. SchwitzKM disclaims any liability resulting from any use of the Product or Services for any purpose other than their intended designated use.

REFUND / RETURN

7 Days Refund /Return Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with SchwitzKMâ„¢ product in the form of gadget and/or firmware ("Product"), the original retail purchaser of the Product may return Product purchased in the original transaction, in its original good condition and original packaging, if less than seven (7) days has elapsed from original date of purchase/sale by the original retail purchaser to receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
If support is required, contact SchwitzKM Customer Support prior to returning any product. If Technical Support determines that the Product needs to be assessed by SchwitzKM, you will be supplied instructions.

*If the Product is purchased through third party seller (such as a third-party Shopify merchant or Flipkart merchant or Amazon or other retailer), please contact that seller directly for refund instructions. That seller's return guidelines will apply.
